MTG Family Mortgage is led by Michael Gonzales, a Certified Mortgage Advisor, and consists of family members that support various functional areas of the business. Our name means more than just the fact that our team is a family, it means our customers are family too.

Michael, branch manager and senior loan officer, has been in the industry for more than 20 years and has helped 2,000+ families achieve the dream of home ownership. He was a recipient of Mortgage Professionals of America Young Guns Award, National Mortgage Professionals 40 to Watch and is a certified instructor for continuing education courses on various loan products to industry professionals. Michael has also earned President’s Club for the past three years as one of Open Mortgage’s top producing loan officers nationwide.

Michael graduated with his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from WSU. He and his wife are avid dog lovers and rescued all their “fur babies” and currently foster. One-hundred percent of his continuing education class proceeds are donated to the Kansas Humane Society.

Tammy Gonzales, Marketing Manager

Tammy Gonzales leads the marketing and community relations for her family mortgage business, MTG Family Mortgage. She earned her MBA from Wichita State University (Go Shox!) and has been in marketing with agencies, corporate brands, and now her family business.

For fun, Tammy teaches cycle classes at Spin ICT, enjoys drinking wine and cuddling with her fur babies. Tammy’s key to success is… be thankful for what you have, be fearless for what you want.

Ashley Parker, Loan Processor

Ashley is our loan processor at MTG. With over 12 years of experience in the industry, she is dedicated to making home financing smooth and stress-free. Detail-oriented and proactive, she ensures loans move efficiently from application to closing.

When she's away from the office, she enjoys traveling, golfing, and spending as much time outdoors as possible with her family, friends, and four-legged fur kids.

Mireya Treto, Loan Partner

Mireya is a bilingual loan partner at MTG. She has experience in banking and consumer lending and received her loan officer’s license in 2021. She is detail-oriented, and analytical, and has a great rapport with our clients.

She’s a Wichita native and loves helping serve the community.

When she’s not helping our clients finance their homes, she is probably checking out a local pizza joint or brewery.

Danieille Taylor, Jr Loan Processor

Danielle is our junior loan processor at MTG. With over five years of experience in the banking industry specializing in mortgage, commercial and consumer lending, and deposit operations, she’s dedicated to making home financing smooth and stress-free. Detail-oriented and proactive, she ensures loans move efficiently from application to closing.

She's born and raised in Wichita. When she’s not in the office, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and exploring new local shops and restaurants.
