We offer most loans – FHA to Conventional, USDA, VA and 203k (streamlined) – all we do is residential mortgages. It's our specialty. My goal is for clients to make an informed decision on their financing. Because we offer different loan programs, we can work with each customer to determine what loan is a best fit for their current situation and needs. In addition, we also do not lock rates the day of application if market indicators show we could be better off floating and locking sometime in the future. I watch markets daily.
